Terms of use

1. What this document covers

These terms govern the use of the asami.do website, owned by ASAMI SOFT, S.R.L., based at Calle Puerto Rico 52, Ensanche Ozama, Santo Domingo Este, Santo Domingo province, Dominican Republic. By browsing it, you accept them.

They do not govern the projects you hire us for. Each project runs under its own contract, signed before work starts, which prevails over this text wherever the two differ.

2. Permitted use

You can browse the site, read its content, share it and write to us. It is free and needs no sign-up. What you can't do:

• Access or attempt to access non-public parts of the site or the infrastructure serving it.
• Send malicious code or illegal content through the form.
• Use automated means in a way that degrades the service for others.
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising.

3. Site content

The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to ASAMI SOFT, S.R.L. You may quote them citing the source and linking to the original; you may not republish them as your own or use them to offer the same services under another name.

The names of platforms, app stores and technologies that appear here belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe what we work with.

4. Quotes and contracting

What we publish here is information about what we do, not a binding offer. A project's scope, timeline and price are set in writing in its contract before work begins.

This site sells nothing online: there are no payments, no subscriptions and no paid downloads, so there is no refund policy to declare here. A project's financial terms, cancellation included, live in its contract.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site always reachable, but we don't guarantee it: there can be outages for maintenance or through our providers' failures. We also don't guarantee the content is free of errors, though we review it and fix what we find.

6. Links to third-party sites

The site links to WhatsApp and may link to app stores or to our profiles on other platforms. We don't control those sites and aren't answerable for their content, availability or terms: once you leave asami.do, theirs apply.

7. Limitation of liability

The information on the site is offered as is, with no guarantee that it is complete or that it applies to your particular case. Decisions you make from it are yours.

This limit does not exclude liability the law does not allow us to exclude, nor the liability we take on by contract in a project.

8. Personal data

How we handle the data you give us through the site is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update them. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date in the header. If you keep using the site after a change, you are taken to accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo province, where ASAMI SOFT, S.R.L. is domiciled.
